Complete the dashboard readiness attestation 48 hours before doors open. Do not proceed with a material unresolved safety, venue, power, vendor, or permissions failure.

Reconfirm

1. Venue permission, access time, capacity, sanitation, security contact, exits, and first aid. 2. Power, internet load test, extension safety, presentation equipment, and fallback. 3. Delivery team roster, volunteer briefing time, incident lead, and private reporting channel. 4. Registration count, participant reminder, dietary needs, check-in devices, and event window. 5. Three vendor quotes, selected vendor identity, approved currency and cap, meal quantity decision, distribution point, and direct-payment details. 6. Challenge, project fields, repository rules, deadline, demo order, judges, scorecard, and remote review window. 7. Every partner and commercial benefit is attached and approved; every advertised prize has recorded terms and a direct-delivery owner; asset and IP rules are understood. 8. Event code and evidence plan for opening, meal service, demos, and closeout.

If the event is cancelled or materially changed, update b54 immediately. Moving venue, changing date, increasing the approved reimbursable limit, or changing vendor requires written approval in the platform.
