Follow the specific Prize page exactly. A complete submission normally includes the requested paper or thesis, abstract, applicant and institution details, study level, declarations, and any supporting data, code, references, approvals, or contribution statement named in the rules.

Make every claim factual, specific, and supported. Files must open without a password, links must remain accessible through review, and identifying information must be consistent. Do not include sensitive personal data, confidential business information, unpublished third-party material, or security credentials unless the rules expressly require a secure method for them.

The platform timestamp determines receipt. Start early: failed uploads, inaccessible links, incorrect file types, or an incomplete form are not a completed entry. b54 does not accept routine late additions or content replacement after the deadline. It may request a clarification or verification document that confirms an existing claim, but the request cannot be used to improve the research or add a missing substantive part.

Duplicate entries are consolidated or rejected under the specific rules. Where several people contributed, name them accurately and describe the applicant’s contribution. Keep the original files and evidence until the Prize is formally closed.
