b54 delivers the award strictly to the verified named winner, or to a recipient expressly permitted by the published rules and verified before approval. Staff, judges, Campus Reps, partners, agents, campus groups, and unrelated institutions may not collect, hold, divide, deduct from, substitute, or redistribute it. A partner-delivered award follows the same recipient and evidence controls.

The award record states the amount, currency, transfer or fulfilment method, expected timing, unavoidable bank charges, and whether applicable law requires withholding. The winner is responsible for personal tax obligations unless the published terms or law state otherwise; b54 does not promise tax treatment. Never ask a winner to pay b54 or an intermediary to release an award.

Verify any bank-detail change through a second trusted channel. The account or delivery identity must match the approved recipient. Use maker-checker approval for payment, record the transaction reference or fulfilment evidence, and obtain recipient confirmation. Do not send full bank or identity data in routine messages or public records.

Aim to complete delivery within 30 days after all required documents and lawful checks are complete. If delay occurs, tell the winner what remains and the revised target. A failed transfer is investigated and corrected; it is not redirected to a convenient third party.
