Proposed brief. Applications are not open; dates, eligibility, format, and judging are unconfirmed.

The proposed brief

Start with a real problem.

A shop owner reconciling sales. A teacher preparing lessons. A small team answering the same questions again. Everyday work has plenty of friction worth fixing.

This proposed challenge asks builders to pick one real workflow and make it easier with AI. Start with the person doing the work, establish what useful looks like, and build a small prototype that proves the difference.

Who it’s for

Different skills.
Shared curiosity.

  • Developers, designers, and people who know a workflow firsthand.
  • Students and small teams interested in practical, accessible AI.

Eligibility unconfirmed.

What to build

A few starting points.

  1. A local-language assistant that turns a voice note into a checked business record.
  2. A document tool that finds answers with sources people can inspect.
  3. A workflow helper that measures time saved and asks a person before taking consequential actions.

Proposed format

Milestones, feedback, a final demo.

A proposed online challenge with milestones, mentor feedback, and a final demo informed by user feedback.
